This type of massage reaches deeper muscle layers. It breaks down knots and relieves
pressure points throughout the body. Deep Tissue focuses on muscle attachments, lengthening these tissues, promoting injury recovery, pain relief and the restoration of proper posture and body mechanics (how your body moves).
